It is the third year running that the multi-award-winning Zuma Dubai restaurant cocktail bar has been included in the list.

Zuma’s global bar development director Jimmy Barrat said: “I am immensely proud of Zuma Dubai being recognised by the World’s 50 Best Bars. It is always humbling to receive recognition from an esteemed international panel and to be awarded a place in the top 100 bars in the world.

“There are many fine bars from around the globe on the list and it is an honour to be considered one of the world’s best alongside them. We are delighted that Zuma Dubai continues to fly the flag for the UAE on the international bar scene.”

In 2016 Zuma Dubai launched the world’s first “Live Solera cocktail’ in each of its bars around the world, and more recently in July 2017, Zuma Dubai was placed in the top 10 at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards in the “Best International Restaurant Bar” category.

The World’s 50 Best Bars celebrates the best of the international drinks industry.

Now in its ninth year, it provides an annual ranking of bars as voted for by more than 500 drinks experts, made up of bartenders, consultants, drinks writers and cocktail aficionados from across the globe.
